Whether or not shipping is free depends on the shipping speed you select during checkout.

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of your order being placed. If your order is placed on Friday afternoon or Saturday/Sunday, it will be shipped on Monday. If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong item or want to return it for any reason, you have 120 days to do so. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, but we will pay for the original shipping in this case.

You can simply send it back to the returns address below and once we receive the return we will refund you the original purchase price.

If your item is damaged in shipping (don’t you wish the shipping company was more careful?) just contact us via email, live chat or phone and we will be happy to fix any damaged items at our expense.

If some discs or boxes are damaged, we can send you a replacement to replace the part that was damaged in shipping.

Don’t you wish everything was better? We do too! Since everything we sell is brand new and still sealed, we have no way of knowing if an item is defective until you receive it.

If you do receive a defective item, simply contact us via email, live chat, or phone and we’ll fix the problem. If some discs are scratched or don’t play properly, let us know and we’ll be happy to send you a replacement disc or season at our expense.

If the item you purchased is seriously defective and you’re fed up and want to return it for a full refund, you’re welcome to do that too.

We try to make the process as simple as possible, so all we ask is that you include your name and order number and the reason for your return in the return package. This way our returns department can get you a refund as quickly as possible.

You don’t need a return authorization number or anything like that to return an item. See, I told you we’d keep it simple. 😊
